It's unbelievable how uninformed some dealers are with regard to the Specifications of a garage door trosion spring. On my 4th & last call, I got Dan Raven on the phone from The Garage Door Store in Orillia, ON. Dan had the expertise.

However, Barbara Q had one that she thought would work. The service man came on time and the replacement remote worked. I was so happy.!

About a week later technicians completed a permanent repair by replacing the spring with a new one. We were very pleased with the work. The price was reasonable. Overall our experience with the Garage Door Store was excellent
