They had issues with installation, New installer combined with building 30 years old. They dealt with issues and sent people to correct the job. Final install details handled by Joshua. He was very thorough and made sure all issues were addressed and spent extra time with some maintenance tips.

Technician, Josh did an amazing job on our New Garage Door! He was a delight to have working on improving our home! The installation was professional, perfectly done and we Love It!! Clean-up was thorough! The door functioning, bright windows, great seal from the elements and beautiful appearance - WOW!!

Orillia manager Ric Vernon doesn't know what he's doing. He hasn't responded to voicemail, emails, or even messages that I left with others for him.
After a telephone call with sales guy telling him what we wanted and my subsequent email confirming same, they installed something different (cheaper). I've asked that this job get fixed, he hasn't fixed it. It's now been five months and severals attempts to get this resolved.
