I spoke with 4 different garage door Dealers, and only The Garage Door Store had both the Lowest Price and the Highest Expertise. It's unbelievable how uninformed some dealers are with regard to the Specifications of a garage door trosion spring. On my 4th & last call, I got Dan Raven on the phone from The Garage Door Store in Orillia, ON. Dan had the expertise.

However, Barbara Q had one… Read more Our old garage door remote quit working. It was 18 years old and the serial number did not match with the new products on sale. I was afraid that I may need a new motor. However, Barbara Q had one that she thought would work. The service man came on time and the replacement remote worked. I was so happy.!

We could not get our car out of the garage. A couple hours after my call to the garage door store two technicians arrived and did a temporary fix so the door would work. About a week later technicians completed a permanent repair by replacing the spring with a new one. We were very pleased with the work. The price was reasonable. Overall our experience with the Garage Door Store was excellent
