With a call to Garage Door Store, Orillia and some quick ‘juggling’ of her service schedule, Barbara was able to have Josh swing by that same day. Josh made it look easy managing this huge door on his own and had it operating ‘better-than new’ in the time it took me to drink a half bottle of wine! Great Service... thank you GDS!??

Was kept informed. They had issues with installation, New installer combined with building 30 years old. They dealt with issues and sent people to correct the job. Final install details handled by Joshua. He was very thorough and made sure all issues were addressed and spent extra time with some maintenance tips.

Josh and his assistant Andrew were superb on installation day. They were on time, efficient, courteous,
professional, and highly skilled. Before he left, Josh took the time to familiarize us with door. So far the product seems excellent.

Technician, Josh did an amazing job on our New Garage Door! He was a delight to have working on improving our home! The installation was professional, perfectly done and we Love It!! Clean-up was thorough! The door functioning, bright windows, great seal from the elements and beautiful appearance - WOW!!
